Almond is considered a sign of good health, most people like almond very much because it contains plenty of vitamins and minerals. Soaking almonds at night is beneficial.
Because its effect is hot, eating 4 to 5 almonds is beneficial. Eating more almonds can cause problems in the stomach like constipation, skin diseases, excessive sweating etc.
So eat only 4 to 5 almonds. This vitamin E, zinc, calcium, magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids are found in very good amounts.
